We are members and regular attendees at the American Teleservices Association’s annual fall conference and the annual spring legislative conference in Washington, D.C. We are well-versed and updated with the latest state and federal legislation and are actively involved in working with state legislators to amend state laws supporting the conviction of fraudulent telemarketers.
